When my ProPass subscription auto-renews, what rate will I pay?
Subscriptions renewing on or before December 31, 2025 will be at the rate of $450. Starting with subscriptions renewing on or after January 1, 2026, the annual subscription rate for the ProPass will change from $450 to $550.
PBA Members still save! PBA members are eligible for the $100 member discount, which will continue to be automatically applied at renewal.
Why are we making this change?
It’s been several years since we last adjusted the subscription price, and during that time we’ve worked hard to make significant enhancements to the value you receive. These enhancements include:
- A steadily growing catalog of online CLE courses and content, offering you more depth and variety than ever before.
- A 40% discount on all in-person CLE courses and events, including PBI’s annual institutes, so you can attend in-person training at a lower rate.
- A 30% discount on our e-Books, giving you savings and access to award-winning legal research resources.
- We’ve expanded your CLE credit coverage: Your ProPass subscription now includes CLE credit reporting not only in Pennsylvania, but also in other states where you’re licensed—giving you more flexibility, fewer administrative headaches, and more value from your ProPass.
As these enhancements broaden the value and convenience of ProPass, the updated price allows us to keep strengthening the features you rely on: top-tier CLE content, seamless credit reporting across jurisdictions, modern learning tools, and dedicated support.
What does this mean for you?
- If your subscription renewal date is on or after January 1, 2026, the renewal amount will reflect $550. Please note: PBA members still save $100 on their ProPass at renewal!
- If you want to discontinue your subscription instead of renewing at the new rate, you may cancel by logging in to your Subscriptions page on PBI.org, clicking "View" to view your subscription details, then clicking the "Cancel" button. Please note: if you continue your subscription, your renewal will process at the new price.

- You will receive a renewal reminder ahead of your billing date indicating the new rate and offering the option to review or cancel.
- We encourage you to review your account and ensure your payment information is up to date.
