What's happening with the PBI website?

PBI’s website and learning system is changing; what do you need to know?

  • Complete your purchased courses before June 1: Any on-demand or past live webcast courses that were purchased before June 1 will no longer be accessible. Please complete these courses and submit for credit prior to June 1.
  • Download your purchased digital books before June 1: Any digital book products purchased before June 1 will no longer be accessible. Please download any digital books and save them locally prior to June 1.
  • Access to future courses: Any registrations for courses occuring after June 1 will remain in place. You will be able to access and attend those future courses and should see those orders in your PBI account at or shortly after the June 1 system transition. 

What will happen when you try to access your account after PBI transitions to a new system in early June?

ProPass Subscribers:

When you visit our new site, you’ll need to enter your email and reset your password to log in. Please review your account and add your most up-to-date information. Your ProPass subscription and your access to included courses will continue for the duration of your subscription term.

Any courses added to your account before the switch will no longer be saved to your account, so please be sure to complete any courses you’ve started and not finished, and/or download any digital books or course materials

Once the new site is up, you can simply log in and view courses; you will automatically have viewing access to all content that is included in your ProPass subscription.

Nonsubscribers:

If you are not a ProPass subscriber, but you are registered for courses after June 1, when you visit our new site you'll need to enter your email and reset your password to log in. You will see your future course registrations in your account at or shortly after the new site launches.

If you are a customer, but are not a ProPass subscriber OR not registered for any courses after June 1, you’ll create a new account and add your most up-to-date information. 

Any courses or books purchased before the switch will no longer be available in your account, so please be sure to complete any courses you’ve started but not finished, and/or download any digital books or course materials

Have questions about past purchases that will no longer be accessible? Don’t worry! The PBI staff can still access and view your order history and provide any information you need about past courses and previously reported CLE credits. You can reach the team at info@pbi.org or 1-800-932-4637. 

If it’s been a while since you purchased anything from PBI, no problem. Just create a new account, make sure all of your information is up to date, and start browsing!
