New York generally requires that attorneys admitted to the bar for more than 2 years complete 24 credit hours per 2-year reporting period. These credits must include at least 4 hours of Ethics and Professionalism credits, as well as 1 additional credit in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias category, and 1 credit in Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Data Protection.
