# What if I forget or need to reset my PBI online account password?

You may reset your PBI.org password using our [Forgot Password Tool](https://www.pbi.org/my-account/lost-password/). 

A temporary password and instructions will be sent to your email. This temporary password will be valid for 24 hours.

If you have forgotten the email address associated with your account, or do not receive the email with your temporary password, please **call 800-932-4637,** email [info@pbi.org](mailto:info@pbi.org) or chat us for assistance. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
