How can I confirm that I successfully registered for a Webcast, Webinar or On-Demand Video?

There are several ways to confirm that you are registered for a course.

When a registration is placed, an Order Confirmation is automatically sent to the email address on your account.

Registrations can also be found in Order History under Your Account after signing in. You may click an order number to view and print a receipt.

Finally, the title of the course should be listed in your Electronic Library under Upcoming Live Programs (for Webcasts and Webinars) or Programs (for On-Demand Videos). Please note the On-Demand Video will be available in your account for one year from the date of purchase. This is indicated by the number of days listed to the right of the course title in your Electronic Library.
