For Webcasts - after a live Webcast course has concluded and before filling out your credit submission affidavit please contact our Customer Experience team with the amount of time attended. We'll then adjust the time attended and advise you to proceed to your Credit Submission Affidavit. For In-Person Events - select the session(s) attended on your credit submission affidavit. You do not need to contact our Customer Experience team to do so.
