# Can I cancel my registration?

You can! We ask that you simply contact us with your name and the title of the course you'd like to cancel. Representatives are available by phone at 1-800-932-4637 or chat at PBI.org Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00 pm. You may also e-mail us at Info@pbi.org at any time.

Please note, we’re committed to creating high-quality in-person events with reserved venues and catered meals. Because these costs are paid in advance, cancellations made within **7 days of an In-Person Event** are subject to a **$50 cancellation processing fee**. This fee helps us recover non-refundable costs and continue offering valuable programs at reasonable prices.
